Thursday June 7th the Jackals held a press conference to introduce a new tenant who will call First Arena their home. The Elmira Jr. "A" Jackals will begin play this fall. The Jr. "A" Jackals will play all their home games on the Main Ice sheet at First Arena and will compete in the AEHL (America East Hockey League).

Friday, April 6th the Jacklas won their third game in a row by defeating the Flags 5-4 on fan appreciation night. Frank Littlejohn tallied a hat trick and raised the bar for goals in a season by a Jackal to 42. Congratulations to Frank and all the Jackals on the win!

Wednesday, April 4th Tonight the Jackals came from behind to tie the game late in the third while on the power play and with the goalie pulled for the extra attacker to send the game to a shootout. The shootout lasted 10 rounds and Scott Drevitch scored the game winner (shown below).
If you missed this game shame on you! Frank Littlejohn scored two goals to set an all time franchise record of 39 goals by a Jackal. The old record of 37 was set last season by Jarrett Konkle. Click to view all the photos from this game. Friday night is the final home game of the season and it is Fan Appreciation Night. The team will hold two jersey auctions. The warm up jerseys will be auctioned during the game and the game worn home whites will be auctioned off following the game. Let's pack the house and let the players who stuck it out this season know how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication.
