Adirondack Phantoms 5 Binghamton Senators 3
Tim Spencer was a scratch while Brendon Svendsen and Max Gratchev were in the lineup tonight vs. Adirondack and Chris Holt was the starting goaltender. Svendsen had one goal on 3 shots. Gratchev was a minus -1 but did get credit for two shots on goal. Chris Holt had an uncharacteristic night in goal for Binghamton. He gave up four goals on 18 shots and was pulled in the second period in favor of Andy Chiodo. Binghamton took an early first period lead on a goal from Erik Condra. Adirondack scored 4 unanswered goals to take a 4-1 lead into the third. The Sens made a hard charge and came back to within 4-3 on the strength of goals by Craig Schira and Brandon Svendsen. The rally fell short as the Phantoms sealed the win with a shortie by David Laliberte.
